    My laptop's internal IP is 192.168.1.148. :p My router starts internal IPs at 192.168.1.100, though.

    I only have one dyno running so they shouldn't charge me anytime unless I make a mistake and scale it or include a paid addon.

    I get the same error as @Devin5411, I am using this service in purpose to make the administration of the server I am managing easier.

    I don't think there is one yet, but try installing PocketDockConsole by @Humerus to administer your server. It'll be much easier than RCON.

    wel yes i just need rcon files (php) and host it on my server, the only problem is where to find the files that let users enter their own hostname port and password to let them remote connect to their server..
