    Not a clue. Never worked with gray text before. I just learned that I guess \n is how you make text gray?

    To make gray text put a / before all the text and put a inverted slash like this\ with a n. So it would look something like this.
    $output .= "/Gray text \n";

    @Legomite "\n" means line break. It is an escape character.
