About:
PlanB allows OPs who have been deopped by hackers to regain their OP status, especially for those OPs who do not have access to the console. This also automatically kicks every single OP in the server that is not in backups.txt when /planb restore is run. This plugin does not actually use permissions for the commands, so only players specified in backups.txt can run the command.

Commands:
Main command: planb, pb
- addbackup/ab: Adds a player to backups.txt
- delbackup/db: Removes a player from backups.txt
- help: Shows all PlanB commands
- list: Lists all backup players
- restore: Restores OP status of all online players listed in backup.txt

Permissions:
- planb.command.planb: true
