Outdated IRCChat 0.4.1

Its a great idea but when server load everything's fine but as soon as something happens such as a player joining it spams console with error message plz fix plz

I get an error

It wont load when I start the server. I always get error -9999 (Unkown). I hope you fix this, this plugin would be exciting :3

Love this plugin dearly. I'm always on IRC so makes for an easy way to monitor activity and interact with users. Has a lot of extra functionality that's not apparent that makes it more useful to use as a way to communicate to IRC folks while in console. It's not documented, but it's in the code. There's a big case statement you can find it in if you know what you're looking for. Config file is simple and self explanatory.

My only complaint is that as of 1.3.10, I can't get the devil to join the channel in the config file. It does properly handle all the other settings, i.e. it connects fine to the server. I can easily irc /join #channel in console but it shouldn't happen. Need to brush up on my PHP so I can offer more constructive help.
