WARNING: EasyMessages IS NOT backwards-compatible with Alpha 1.4!

About:
EasyMessages allows OPs to send messages, popups, and tips to players with ease. You can also configure automatic random message broadcasting, scrolling text, and infinite text in config.yml. You can even change your server MOTD with a command!

Commands:
Main command: easymessages, em
- help: Shows all EasyMessages commands
- message: Sends a message
- motd: Sets the server MOTD
- popup: Sends a popup
- tip: Sends a tip

Permissions:
- easymessages.command.easymessages: op

- Fix any bugs if found

then it crashes
